We are a small family run homestead on 7 sprawling acres, nestled halfway between San Antonio and Austin. Our mission is simple: live a more sustainable and intentional life. When we moved during the height of the pandemic, from the suburbs of California to rural Central Texas, we had a few goals in mind: raise our kids wild, grow and preserve as much food as possible, and help others who wish to do the same.
