GENERAL SALES POLICIES

RABBITRY SALES POLICIES:

Pricing: Rabbits posted on the Sale Page are PET PRICES. Included in the price: adoption take home box, birth certificate, and transition feed.  If you're interested in a rabbit with full pedigree and breeding rights, please add $50 to pet price, unless otherwise stated. Rabbits sold to breeders will receive pedigree and transition feed only. 

1.Due to bio-security reasons, we do not allow visitors into our rabbitry for any reason. We strive to maintain the healthiest breeding stock possible, and visitors could potentially expose our rabbits to unwanted pests and/or disease.

2. All rabbits require a 50% deposit to be placed on hold for purchase. Deposits can be made through: Venmo, Paypal or Zelle. Once you've paid your 50% deposit, your rabbit is reserved until he/she is ready for pickup. The remainder of the balance is due upon pickup.

3. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless through the fault of the seller. We understand life happens, but we ask for the deposit to ensure the seriousness of a potential buyer.

4. Bunnies that become available for deposit will be posted on the nestbox page between 5 and 6 weeks old. Rabbits will be available for pickup after 8 weeks old. Seller will reach out approximately one week prior to schedule pickup.

5. Health Inspection/Guarantee- We guarantee that ALL our rabbits go through a thorough health inspection every month, as well as an additional inspection before any sale is made. We guarantee to the best of our knowledge that your rabbit has been inspected and is currently healthy at the point of sale. Due to environmental factors and other uncontrollable variables, we cannot guarantee the health of your rabbit ONCE it has left our premises. Please do your best to visually and physically inspect your rabbit and voice any concerns, if necessary, BEFORE you leave the premises. After you leave, we no longer have control over their environmental or how you handle/treat your rabbit. Thank you for you cooperation and understanding. 

6. Pickup/Transportation: Local Pickup (Dale, TX) is preferable, but I have worked with a few transporters if you are out of the area/state. Transportation must be approved before deposit is accepted. I can recommend a few transporters, but ultimately it is the BUYERS responsibility to secure and pay for transport. If this is your first time working with a transporter; transport usually costs anywhere from $75-$100 per rabbit and that fee covers your travel cost from Me (the breeder) to You (buyer) at a predetermined drop off location (usually public location, not private).
